The day 7 at the stage went really well. The participating teams were applauded and were encouraged for their endeavors. The venue Kamani Auditorium at Mandi House saw a jam packed hall where the theatre enthusiasts from all walks of life joined in to appreciate and promote the youth fervor.
The performing teams for the day were:
VERONICA's ROOM by L.S.R. College (for women)
JOHNY DOESN'T KNOW by Hindu College
FRIHET: A MONTAGE ON IBSEN'S WOMEN by Kamla Nehru College
ANAHATA by Gargi College
The shows were "double bills" which ran for a span of 4.30 to 6.30 and 7.30 to 9.30 respectively. After the culmination of the last performance of the day, all the teams were invited for a public forum where they got the opportunity to interact with the veteran theatre practitioners like Saurabh Shukla and share their experiences over their theatrical ventures.
The youth fest saw a tremendous response; to put it simply AYTW2010 presented a wide variety of cuisine catering to the palate of gourmet!
